  • Can I request a package to be delivered by a specific carrier?

    Unfortunately you cannot. The system we use to process orders will automatically determine the best shipping method based off your zip code. We are unable to override this.
  • Does Mossy Oak offer same day shipping?

  • Does Mossy Oak ship to PO boxes?

    Yes, Mossy Oak can/does ship to PO Boxes by USPS.  Expedited Shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
  • How do I find out if an item has a delayed ship date?

    If there is a delayed ship date, it will be located on the product page of the item ordered.
  • How do I get free shipping with my order?

    Mossy Oak offers free shipping on orders over $49. Free standard shipping offers apply to shopping cart totals before taxes and include free standard shipping within the US excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories.

  • What does “In Stock” mean?

    Products that are marked as 'In Stock' will ship within 1-3 business days of the order being placed not including weekends or holidays. In Stock items will be denoted as such when you are selecting the size/color.
  • What does processing mean?

    Processing means your order has been forwarded to the warehouse and is being gathered picked, boxed and loaded onto a truck for shipment. Orders usually ship in 1-3 business days.  Delivery Times can be 5-7 days after your package ships.
  • What holidays does Mossy Oak not ship on?

    Holidays we do not ship on include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We think our warehouse workers deserve to spend these holidays with friends and family!
