Order Status

  • Can I cancel my order?

    It is possible for an order to be cancelled before the fulfillment process has begun. If you need to cancel an order, email us at heretohelp@mossyoak.com as soon as possible to give us the best chance of catching it in time to stop.
  • Can I change my address?

    You can change the shipping address, as long as it is in the same state and the order hasn't been processed by our warehouse.   Please contact our customer service at heretohelp@mossyoak.com .
  • Can I change or add to my order after it has been placed?

    Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted we are unable to alter the items ordered or add additional items to it. If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to cancel your order so you can place a new order for the correct items.
  • Do I get an order confirmation number?

    Yes, you'll receive an order confirmation email that is sent to the email address used to place the order. This email will contain your order number, shipping and billing address, as well as the item(s) in the order.
  • How do I get a tracking number?

    You'll receive an email with a tracking number for your order once the order is loaded onto our shipping truck to be sent out. Please allow 1-2 business days for that number to update and show movement, as it will still need to be scanned in by the carrier before updating with an expected deliver...
  • I forgot to add a promotion code to my order, what do I do?

    As soon as you notice you did not receive the expected promotion, please contact our customer service here. There is a 14 day window from the time the order was placed in which we can apply the promotion to an order.
  • I received something different than what I ordered, what do I do?

    As soon as you notice the item you received is incorrect please take pictures of it and reach out to our customer service department here.
  • My order was damaged in transit, what do I do?

    If you receive a damaged package or item, please take pictures of it and contact us here. We will do our best to get this issue resolved for you.
  • My tracking number has not updated, what do I do?

    There are a few reasons your tracking number may not be updating: The shipping carrier may have a delay on their end causing the movement of your package to be delayed, the shipping carrier may have misplaced your package, or the address on your order was undeliverable by the shipping carrier.   • When will my order ship?

    We ship almost all of our packages within 1-3 business days from the time that the order is placed, weekends and holidays excluded. If your item has an expected ship date later than normal, the expected ship date will be listed on the site at the time you place your order.
